Will likes to think that he's a happy combination of opposites - from his dual heritage (Jamaican and White British) he is also empathetic and assertive, creative and structured, reflective and ambitious for action.  In Colour terms he is a 'green-red cross type'.  He enjoys both the support and challenge sides of the coaching process, and is particularly drawn to the unconventional side of life. He is the Director of Inclusion and Sustainability for APECS and has an MA in Coaching.

Becs is an experienced mediator, conflict coach and leadership specialist.  She's also a qualified barrister a podcast host, and has had a dynamic and varied career, having been based in the UK, India and Italy at different points.  Clients value her powers of observation, her kindness and gentle authority.  She now lives in Brighton with her husband and 3 children, who have the best names!

Matt brings to culture coaching, and the teams and organisations he works with, the benefits of years helping people achieve their aspirations by developing their potential.  Having started his career in education, he gained a Masters In People and Organisational Development and transitioned into working with purposeful organisations, equipping them to transform their behaviours and get results.  He loves being outdoors, especially if it involves cycling or trail running.  He has a valued gift for affirming the strengths of the people he's working with, helping them to face challenges from a positive stance.
